Yorkshire Consulting Engineers was incorporated in 2012 and entered a creditors voluntary liquidation on October 21.
Leeds-based Clough Corporate Solutions were appointed liquidators.
Companies House records the directors of the engineering consultancy as John Charles Grainger, Andrew John Kirkham and Robert James Gill.
