He was known by all the bookmakers, Tom Waterhouse says in Andrew Sigalla fraud trial

High-profile bookmaker Tom Waterhouse has told a Sydney court that a former client accused of defrauding a company of $9 million was a “big punter” who told him he had “made a lot of money from Macquarie Bank”.

A smiling Mr Waterhouse appeared at the NSW Supreme Court in King Street on Monday to give evidence in the trial of Andrew Sigalla, a former director of listed technology company TZ Ltd.

Mr Sigalla has pleaded not guilty to 24 …
