SKH Restaurant Ltd entered the winding up process earlier this month in what liquidators BTG, formerly Begbies Traynor, said represented “a type of business failure that is becoming increasingly common” within the hospitality sector.
The business had operated from premises on Helensburgh’s James Street.
A spokesperson for BTG said: “SKH Restaurant Ltd was a franchise operation which traded from two Dumbarton and Helensburgh restaurants and, unfortunately, represents a type of business failure that is becoming increasingly common within the hospitality sector.
