Swedish lighting company Heliospectra AB, which was founded in 2006, has been officially declared bankrupt by the Gothenburg District Court after filings were submitted on 27 July.
Heliospectra’s Board of Directors are understood to have filed for bankruptcy after the company was unable to secure a financing solution within the available timeframe. As a result, the company’s shares were delisted from the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, and Christian Andersch, of Setterwalls Advokatbyrå AB has been appointed as bankruptcy trustee.
