A 2 Zest Ltd, which traded as AtoZest, was placed into a creditors’ voluntary liquidation following professional advice, it said.
The company, which ran from Mortimer Trading Centre in Hereford and had its registered office in Monkhide, near Ledbury, had catered for Formula one teams to dinners for more than 300 guests at Hereford Cathedral, according to its website.
Formed in 2009 and previously known as Graze Delicatessen Ltd, it since appointed Andrew Paul Stevens and Dean Anthony Nelson of PKF Smith Cooper as liquidators.
A statement of affairs submitted to Companies House and signed by former directors Mark Webb and Janine Bretherton, showed the business owed £233,815.11 to five creditors.
