Alan Tarling Electrical Limited, based in Hereford, entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on June 30, having been incorporated in February 2005.
The company provided electrical installation and contracting services throughout Herefordshire and, led by director Alan Robert Tarling, it is understood the name had been trading for much longer.
Official notices published in The Gazette show Dean Anthony Nelson and Andrew Paul Stevens, of PKF Smith Cooper have been appointed as joint liquidators.
A statement of affairs prepared as part of the liquidation and winding-up process showed the company owed more than £92,000.
Assets were listed at just over £5,000, leaving a shortfall of £92,136.
