The London-based company, set up eight years ago to revive dying town centres, appointed advisory firm Begbies Traynor as its liquidator this week, according to documents filed at Companies House.
The group focused on transforming derelict retail sites into multi-space community centres, offering cinemas, cafés, live music venues and bars. Its developments include Catford Mews, Ealing Project, Peckham Levels, Reading Biscuit Factory and Sidcup Storyteller.
The £1.6 million Reading Biscuit Factory by Wren Architecture and Design won an AJ Retrofit Award in 2022, while the Sidcup Storyteller scheme designed by DRDH Architects and delivered by Bexley Council picked up an AJ Architecture Award last year.
