A highly rated south Down seafood restaurant is on the market just weeks after a court approved an application to wind up the business.
The Harbour Inn, located in the village of Annalong, had been operated by the award winning chef Trevor Orr for the past decade.
Originally recruited as head chef in 2014, the Co Down man took over the venue some time later.
Nestled in the foothills of the Mournes and with views overlooking Annalong’s harbour, the restaurant quickly won plaudits for its scenery and seafood menu.
However, the trading company behind the hospitality business, Orville Ltd, was the subject of a court order on May 1 under the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, approving the liquidation of the business.
