Debt-laden public sector recruiter Hudson looks set to emerge from voluntary administration with a new owner, turning over management of an operation that supplies hundreds of temporary workers to state and federal government departments to an ASX-listed player.
Street Talk understands $40 million market cap technology and recruitment consulting firm HiTech Group Australia is in the final stages of negotiations to acquire Hudson Global Resources (Aust) Pty Ltd (Hudson). If finalised, this will end a three-month sale and administration process overseen by WLP Restructuring and corporate advisory firm TIP Group.
