The company behind one of Jersey’s best-known farm shops has taken the next step towards liquidation.
Creditors of Fauvic Nurseries Limited, which traded as Holme Grown, have been called to a meeting at the business’s premises next month where they will be asked to vote on a resolution to wind up the company.
They will also consider a statement on the company’s affairs, appoint joint liquidators to oversee the process and discuss how the company’s assets should be distributed.
If approved, Adrian Rabet and Clive Fortis, of Begbies Traynor (Jersey), will be appointed as joint liquidators.
