On May 29, 2026, Igne Ferro Inc. made a notice of intention to make a proposal. On September 8, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice extended the proposal filing deadline to October 26, 2026. In its capacity as Trustee, Baigel Corp. has been engaged to assist Igne Ferro in conducting a sale process and is seeking parties interested in: (a) acquiring some or all of Igne Ferro’s assets and/or business, and/or (b) acquiring the business of Igne Ferro through investment in a proposal to creditors. Igne Ferro is a Toronto-based luxury architectural living company specializing in premium fireplace systems, outdoor living environments, custom cabinetry integration and proprietary fire-feature product development.
