Zurich Finance (UK) PLC passed a resolution to voluntarily wind up this part of the business on October 20, 2026.
Liquidators will oversee the dissolution of that firm along with the dormant company Allied Dunbar Provident PLC, which is also based in Unity Square and resolved to be wound up on the same date.
The notice assures that all known liabilities to creditors for both companies will be paid in full and asks that those who are owed money should submit proof within the coming weeks to receive payment.
