Seventynine Lighting, which went into administration a year ago shortly after being hit by the collapse of ISG, has now gone into liquidation.
The Gloucestershire-based subcontractor owed more than £2m when it went under in October 2024.
Mark Boughey and Rebecca Dacre of Forvis Mazars, who were appointed as the company’s administrators, have now been appointed as liquidators.
At the time of Seventynine Lighting’s collapse, they said the £11m-turnover firm owed £2.1m to creditors, which included the firm’s former employees, directors and HMRC.
Trade creditors were owed £1.8m for work carried out on ISG sites, according to Seventynine Lighting’s statement of affairs.
