The parent company of three firms in Antrim which entered insolvency last week bought a caravan park and land in Scotland weeks earlier, it has emerged.
Jans Holding paid approximately £4.6m to purchase Barnsoul Caravan Park and Barncrosh Farm, both in Dumfries and Galloway, in a deal finalised on April 8.
