Richard Bathgate, restructuring partner and licensed insolvency practitioner at Johnston Carmichael LLP, has been appointed interim liquidator of Nairn-based Alpha Plus Windows & Conservatories Limited.
The appointment follows a period of challenging trading conditions for the home improvement business. Prior to taking steps to wind up the business, the company’s director, Alan Paul, undertook a comprehensive review of all available options to secure its future. Despite exploring various alternatives, it was determined that continuing to trade was no longer viable.
