Embattled hospitality entrepreneur Jon Adgemis has been paying $60,833 per month in rent to billionaire Will Vicars and funding his “extravagant lifestyle” via company loans and fees earned from his refinancing deal with Deutsche Bank, according to an updated report from his trustee.
The trustee, WLP Restructuring, who was placed in charge of Adgemis’ affairs as part of his attempt to avoid bankruptcy, also included a revised financial offer to the former KPMG dealmakers’ personal creditors. Adgemis is seeking to come to an agreement with his creditors as part of a personal insolvency process.
