Katie Price was due to face questions over her finances on Tuesday at a hearing known as a public examination after first being declared bankrupt in 2019.
At the hearing, Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Sebastian Prentis lifted the suspension on the bankruptcy.

This means it will be discharged.
But a second bankruptcy order, made last year over an unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000, still remains in place.
This could also be resolved if creditors make an application before another hearing in April.
The mum-of-five was not present at this latest hearing.
