KEYNSHAM company 4Concrete has gone into voluntary liquidation, with debts of £600,000.
It is understood that the site in Avon Mill Lane has been taken over by Wright Readymix and that operations there are continuing much as before.
The winding-up of 4Concrete was revealed in an insolvency notice in The Gazette, an official journal of record, which stated that liquidators had been appointed from Opus Restructuring LLP.
The government’s Companies House website shows that 4Concrete, based at the Old Station Yard, has two directors, Paul Roger James and Stephen James, and that the accounts are overdue.
A statement of affairs on Companies House showed that 4Concrete’s creditors included HM Revenue & Customs, which is owed £264,501.14….
