Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, kindly note that the eighth meeting of CoC of Kwality Limited was convened and conducted as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) on 29th June, 2019 at 12:00 PM at Regal Hall, Royal Plaza, 19, Ashoka Rd, Janpath, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110001 to discuss the update of the corporate insolvency resolution process and submission of resolution plan process by prospective resolution applicants

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, kindly note that the fourth meeting of CoC of Kwality Limited was convened and conducted as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) on 8th April, 2019 at 03:00 PM at The Claridges, Viceroy Hall, 12 Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Road, New Delhi – 110011 to discuss the following matters:
1. Voting results from the 3rd CoC meeting
2. Ratification items for the 4th CoC meeting
3. Update on Expression of Interests received from prospective resolution applicants

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, kindly note that the first Meeting of Committee of Creditors (COC) was held on January 11, 2019 to discuss inter alia the agenda item relating to continuation/appointment of Mr Shailendra Ajmera appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional by the Honble Adjudicating Authority, National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench in respect of Kwality Limited under Section 7 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), as the Resolution Professional for Kwality Limited during corporate insolvency resolution process period under the IBC.
