Prohaus Design Limited, based in Rawdon, North Leeds, officially began the winding-up process on September 28 following a special resolution passed at a general meeting of its members.
The meeting took place at Morwick Hall, Mortec Park, in Leeds at 10am.
The company, which traded from Suite 1, Aireside House, Royd Ings Avenue, Keighley, provided architectural design and planning services across Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, and surrounding areas.
Its services included preparing plans and securing planning permission or building regulations approval.
