Open Space Aluminium Limited, which traded from Victoria Street, Leigh, formally entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation following a resolution by its sole member on February 12.
Companies House also lists the company’s status as ‘in liquidation’.
The business, which operated as window fitters, appointed Craig Johns and Jason Mark Elliott of Cowgills Limited as joint liquidators on the same date.
The appointment was approved by both members and creditors.
In a statement accompanying the filing, director John Tate confirmed that the requisite voting majority had been achieved to wind up the company voluntarily.
At the time of its collapse, the firm’s accounts were overdue.
