Dr Dan Leeder Limited of Whixley, near York, entered voluntary liquidation on September 3.
Cheshire-based Parker Walsh Ltd were appointed administrator.
The company was incorporated in 2021, with Daniel James Leeder listed as the only director.
A liquidator’s report known as a Statement of Affairs posted on the Companies House website set out the financial situation.
It said the company had no assets and no preferential creditors—those who are paid first.
However, there was a secondary preferential creditor—someone paid next—namely HMRC which was owed £900 in PAYE.
In addition, there were four unsecured trade and expense creditors—those who are paid last—that were owed £93,048.46.
