The Highflyers building, on the corner of The Square and Main St in Palmerston North, has been largely empty since 2013.

The liquidation of the company that wanted to redevelop the Highflyers building in Palmerston North has ended badly for creditors.

Liquidators have been unable to squeeze a cent out of a Manawatu commercial property company for those owed millions of dollars from the failed venture.
