Companies House documents show that the China Court Bakery Glasgow Limited has changed its Garscube Road address to the liquidator’s in Motherwell.
The nature of the business was described as the manufacture of bread, fresh pastry goods and cakes.

The company passed a resolution to be wound up in a members’ voluntary liquidation “and that Stuart Robb, of Robb Advisory, be appointed liquidator of the company”.
A spokesperson for Robb Advisory told The Herald that “China Court Bakery is going through a solvent, not insolvent, liquidation process”.
