Documents at Companies House show that a provisional liquidator was appointed, in a winding-up by the court, to Dog Consultancy last month.
The Herald revealed that Duncan Raggett and David McGinness of accountancy firm and restructuring specialist AAB have been appointed joint provisional liquidators.
AAB said: “The joint provisional liquidators’ investigations into the company are ongoing, and any creditors of the company should contact their office to note their interest in proceedings.”
