Moo-Maintenance Ltd was registered to an address at the city’s Elgin Industrial Estate, and had been active since it was incorporated in 2017.
Its website shows that it provided services to landlords across Fife in Edinburgh, such as upgrades to heating systems or kitchen installations.
On Friday, August 21, Steven Wright, business recovery partner at Dains in Glasgow, was selected to undertake the process of closing the firm down as part of a creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
Liquidation is the process of closing a limited company, selling the assets to pay off debts and dissolving the company from the official register at Companies House.
