Liquidators at FRP Advisory said the company that operated moved to “conclude its affairs in an orderly manner”.
The firm is described at Companies House as “agents involved in the sale of machinery, industrial equipment, ships and aircraft”.
The Glenrothes-registered P3R Aviation Limited passed the special resolution “that the company be wound up voluntarily” and liquidators appointed.

A spokesperson for the liquidators said: “Graham Smith and Callum Carmichael of FRP Advisory were appointed as joint liquidators to P3R Aviation Limited on March 10, 2026 following the commencement of a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL).
