Liquidators have been appointed to a Scottish family-owned restaurant operator.
It comes after a move by the Stirling restaurant and bar operator to be wound up voluntarily.
Joint liquidators from Xeinadin Corporate Recovery Limited were appointed to the Henderson Restaurant Group Limited, which has a principal trading address listed as Dumbarton Road, and a trading name of TJ’s Restaurant and Bar.
A public notice was placed under the signature of director Fraser Henderson which stated: “Notice is given that by written resolutions, the sole member of the company passed a special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily, and an ordinary resolution appointing the joint liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.
