Liquidators have been appointed to a Scottish courier and logistics company.
The move comes after a court action by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs against the Aberdeen parcel delivery firm, which employed ten.
Jaco Couriers Limited was placed into liquidation following a petition presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland, acting on behalf of the commissioners for HMRC.
The petition, which sought to have the company wound up and a liquidator appointed, was lodged in February and this month Duncan Raggett, of AAB Business & Tax Advisory, was appointed as liquidator.
