Marc Bandemer, 61, was declared bankrupt at Reading County Court after failing to pay the full compensation awarded to Louise Crabtree, a senior executive from Romsey. She won nearly £100,000 at an employment tribunal in 2024 after enduring what she described as a sustained campaign of harassment.
Ms Crabtree, 51, said the behaviour lasted for more than a year and left her feeling “groomed”, traumatised and unable to work comfortably with male colleagues.
