The company behind Mahiki has entered compulsory liquidation less than a year after EBH Holdings acquired the brand.
CAAMBA Limited, formerly known as Tiki Brands Holding, was wound up by the Manchester Business and Property Courts on 1 September 2026, according to Companies House and notices published in The Gazette.
Paul Palmer, of Marshall Peters, was appointed liquidator on 9 September.
The company was incorporated under the name Mahiki Brands Holding Limited in 2019 and has been controlled by EBH Holdings since September 2025.
