A popular travel company based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, has announced it has ceased trading after over 30 years. Gold Crest Holidays confirmed it stopped trading with immediate effect on January 23, 2026, and has entered voluntary liquidation. The family-owned coach tour operator, which specialised in trips to destinations like Disneyland Paris, European city breaks, and major sporting events, cited a combination of financial pressures behind the closure.
