The sale of Dunfermline-based Allan Corfield Architects Limited and its sister company Allan Corfield Structures Limited comes after the appointment of Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie.
A spokesperson for the liquidator said it “has successfully negotiated the sale of the business and certain assets to DJI Architecture Ltd, a company owned by members of practice management team, ensuring continuity for clients and the retention of expertise within the practice”.
