Since July 2024, a creditor information system (GIS) is mandatory for all German insolvencies according to the German legislator.
McJustice has spent the last few months developing a portal in the cloud that is able to handle the entire insolvency process online in the cloud.
Security is particularly important here due to the sensitive nature of the data. The software is developed in Germany, the data is stored at Deutsche Telekom and the QES certification is provided by DTrust GmbH, a subsidiary of Bundesdruckerei.
On the InsO Plus portal, both the debtor and creditors, as well as the insolvency administrator and the judiciary, can process the respective insolvency in their area and handle it…
