The compulsory liquidation relates to McMillan Leisure (Scotland) Limited, registered at a Hutcheson Street address.
The company directors previously ran the former Pavement restaurant and bar at the address before they announced they were stepping down two years ago. A new unconnected operator now occupies the site.

Public records show that Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie was appointed liquidator.
Documents show a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, moving that the firm be “wound up by the court and to appoint a liquidator”.
