The former Top Gear presenter and his ex-wife, Amanda ‘Mindy’ Hammond were both listed as directors of Hamster’s Wheel Productions Limited, a television production company incorporated in 2008. The company entered a members’ voluntary liquidation following the filing of a winding-up notice in September.
According to a declaration of solvency lodged with Companies House, the business has estimated assets totalling £3,941,030.57.
The bulk of that figure is made up of £2,292,706.67 held in cash at bank and £1,448,035.09 owed to the company by debtors. The company also lists recoverable corporation tax worth £176,573.44 and motor vehicles valued at £23,714.37.
