NAIROBI, Kenya, Jul 27 – The High Court has appointed an official liquidator for Myspace Properties (Kenya) Limited, advancing insolvency proceedings against the real estate developer and opening a window for creditors to file claims.
According to a notice published in the Kenya Gazette, insolvency practitioner Waithaka Ngaruiya was appointed liquidator of Myspace Properties (Kenya) Limited effective April 15, 2026, under Section 439(1) of the Insolvency Act following Insolvency Petition No. E3 of 2022.
