Mythophonic Ltd of Alne Road, Tollerton, was founded in July 2006 and went into voluntary liquidation on July 16.
Griffin and King of Wallsall were appointed the liquidator.

Its debts were unsecured and consisted of £26,144 owed to Lloyds Bank and £6,768 owed to HMRC, giving a total shortfall or deficit of £32,912.92. With the business having issued and shared capital of £200, this left £32,712.91 of debt outstanding, the report added.
