Native Instruments GmbH, the Berlin based company behind Traktor, Maschine, and other leading music production tools, has entered preliminary insolvency proceedings in Germany. Court documents confirm the filing and the appointment of Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini as the insolvency administrator, who will oversee the company’s restructuring process.
