At the end of January, shocking news hit the music tech world: Native Instruments filed for preliminary insolvency.
Since then, there has been no news about the next steps or the current status. Now, however, CEO Nick Williams has released a new statement with the latest info.
Interestingly, according to the CEO, they are currently in merger-and-acquisition processes, with strong interest from multiple parties with deep roots in audio and technology. So negotiations are currently underway with potential new owners who will take over NI.
