Native Instruments (NI) will formally move into full insolvency proceedings.
In a statement today, March 19th, CEO Nick Williams confirmed that the Berlin-based firm and a number of its German entities will shortly be “transitioning from ‘preliminary insolvency‘ into formal ‘insolvency’ proceedings.” NI is part of the Soundwide group, which includes other music software companies including iZotope, Plugin Alliance and Brainworx.
