The Ahmedabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted Lepton Software Export and Research’s petition seeking insolvency proceedings against the debt-ridden company BluSmart Mobility Tech, which operated an all-electric ride-hailing fleet and also provided electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
The tribunal has appointed Pawan Kumar Goyal as the interim resolution professional (IRP) and suspended the company’s board of directors.
