NEW DELHI: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved a record 107 corporate insolvency cases during the last quarter, but stares at the prospect of a moderation in the pace due to a large number of vacancies.Data released by NCLT estimated the value of cases approved at Rs 11,000 crore during the Sept quarter, as against Rs 5,500 crore involved in the June quarter when 78 cases were approved. During Oct-Dec 2025, the tribunal had approved 90 cases, the previous high.
