New Delhi: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench-IV, has refused to admit an insolvency plea filed by Shikhar Dhawan against Absolute Legends Sports, the company that operates the Legends League Cricket.
According to news reports, the tribunal held that Dhawan had not demonstrated that the alleged operational debt had become due and payable under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The bench comprising judicial member Manni Sankariah Shanmuga Sundaram and technical member Atul Chaturvedi delivered the order on February 5, 2026.
