A DUNFERMLINE architecture firm has been sold out of liquidation, with some former staff offered jobs under new ownership.
Allan Corfield Architects Ltd and sister company Allan Corfield Structures Ltd were acquired by DJI Architecture Ltd after Henderson Loggie appointed Shona Campbell as liquidator.
The businesses employed 14 staff before entering liquidation after facing rising costs and difficult trading conditions.
All employees were made redundant following the liquidations, with DJI Architecture subsequently offering employment to a number of former staff.
