NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A family-run costume shop that served the movie industry for decades is closing its doors.
This weekend, it was a rush to own a piece of Hollywood history as Costume Rentals Corporation (CRC) held a massive liquidation sale, just in time for Halloween.
It was their first-ever sale open to the public. It included racks and racks of unique vintage items.
Video shows a massive crowd of people rushing to the sale. Hundreds of people were in the line, which wrapped around the building, waiting for the gates to open so they could get their hands on some rare, collectible Hollywood items.
The business says many of the clothing pieces have been worn on screen, likely in some of your favorite movies and shows….
