Transall Solutions Ltd was incorporated in 2013 and until recently was registered in Slingsby, near Malton.
The company entered a voluntary liquidation on August 21, with BGT of Clifton Moor appointed liquidator.
Companies House lists the sole director of Transall Solutions as Matthias Menck, 64, of Slingsby.
A liquidators’ report into the financial circumstances of the business, known as a statement of affairs, says the business had estimated and realisable assets of £68, namely cash in the bank.
