Md Abul Kashem, director of Ashiana Appleby Limited, whose last known address was Faulkenhurst Street in Chadderton, has been disqualified by the Insolvency Service for four years.
The disqualification order states that Ashiana Appleby was found to be employing someone who did not have the right to work, breaching Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation.
Mr Kashem was found by the Insolvency Service to have breached his duties as director by failing to ensure that the company complied with the legislative requirements.
The Home Office Immigration Enforcement (HOIE) conducted an investigation into Ashiana Appleby and issued the company a Notification of Liability for a civil penalty of £10,000.
