A horticulturist who owned a family-run plant nursery for seven years has been given a 14 year ban by the Government.
Fintan Noel Arrowsmith, from Sleaford, has had restrictions imposed on him from February 7, 2018, to February 6, 2032, meaning he cannot be a director of a company for 14 years and must declare his status to a credit provider.
It comes after he got money from lenders when he was banned from doing so because he was bankrupt.
In fact, he has now been declared bankrupt four times.
The 47-year-old had traded as F Arrowsmith at the Glebe Farm Nursery in Swaton, near Sleaford, during the period 2010 to April 2017.
