A restaurant in Oxford had debts of more than £86k as the owning firm went into liquidation.
Grounded Kitchen in London Road in Headington specialised in Korean‑inspired dishes and nourish bowls and was part of a wider UK brand.
The firm behind it, Canal Ventures Ltd, entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation and appointed insolvency practitioners to take charge of its affairs.
Resolutions for winding‑up were passed and, on July 7, 2025, members and creditors appointed joint liquidators to handle the process.
